YouTube's Best Sport Videos of the Week - Aug 18th to Aug 24th

Each week at Waikiki Hockey we do our best to round up all the videos that fell through the cracks during the week.

• The twenty greatest falls by gymnasts in Olympic history.
  
• Alex Ovechkin so desperate for a girl that he (almost) gives out his mobile number on national TV. Russian TV is bizarre.
  
• Adam Bender plays baseball with one leg. Pretty cool kid.
  
• Al Roker and Matt Lauer take up Rhythmic Gymnastics for a day. Embarrassingly funny.
  
• Jon Stewart gives his take on why Michael Phelps is so good.
  
• Plush toys playing football. We worry about people like this.
  
• A member of the Wrigley faithful becomes a true legend after his magnificent catch.
  
• Michael Phelps is the Usain Bolt of swimming.
  
• Usain Bolt is the Michael Phelps of track.
  
• And finally, the Waikiki Hockey Clip o' the Week. This week Cuban Taekwondo athlete Angel Matos was disqualified in the bronze medal match for exceeding the allotted injury time. He disagreed with this judgement and let the referee know of his disappointment by kicking him in the head:

Welcome to Waikiki Hockey

Everywhere we go all we see are blogs. We've found some pretty decent ones too. Some of our favourites are Drunk Jays Fans, Fantasy Hockey Scouts, and from "professionals" like Puck Daddy over at Yahoo.

Our favourite thing is the bizarro stuff we've seen. who expects to see this kind of thing when they log on:

You don't see quality entertainment like that every day. Seeing Alexander Ovechkin asked for information on how some guy can get a Segway for his office is funny...although we're not sure why. That's what the plan is here. We want all the junk on the internet that we find funny as hell in one place.

The most revered, honoured, crazy, bizarre videos will receive the special honour of being named to the Hall of Fame.
